Dwelling at Higher Farm

Following the successful planning application to demolish a locally listed building, this new replacement dwelling offers a mix of traditionalism with the contemporary.  Set behind a private gated entrance, the dwelling has a prominent tripled gabled frontage constructed of hand made brick with a feature gallery window and a centralised sand stone front entrance. The roof is reclaimed welsh slate. the rear elevation is celebrated with large amounts of glass and alfresco terraces both at lower and upper levels of the dwelling to capture the expansive rolling landscape.
